Preferred Builder Program

To better serve our customers, we offer the Mountain State Log Homes Preferred Builder Program to help them identify a qualified builder. This information is only provided to clients of MSLH who are currently under contract. The MSLH Preferred Builder Program provides our customers with a list of builders (identified by geographical location) that satisfy the following:

• Meet MSLH requirements for quality workmanship
• Have completed three MSLH log homes (or equivalent)
• Demonstrate high service levels equal to those offered by and expected from MSLH
• Have received high recommendations from previous customers
• Exhibit sound financial stability

In addition to providing a list of qualified builders, MSLH can help its clients identify the right builder/contractor based on other factors that are important to you:

• Customer finish treatments
• Budgeting issues
• Alternative product supply sources
• etc.
